Tampa Florida’s Ybor City Hampton Hotel undergoes Renovation…

Pinkerton & Laws just completed renovating the corridors of the Hampton Inn & Suites, Ybor City, Tampa, Florida. The scope of work included renovating the corridors of the 5 story, 138-room Hotel. Work consisted of the removal and replacement of the corridor carpet and vinyl wall covering, installation of chair rails and application of an acrylic textured finish below the new chair rails, the repainting of all guest room doors and frames, and removal and replacement of the ceramic tile in the elevator lobbies and vending rooms. Looking ahead, the”Perfect Mix Lobby” renovation will take place in May of this year.

Pinkerton & Laws just completed another “Refreshing” Program at the Courtyard Atlanta Airport South. Renovations include the removal and disposal of all lobby furniture, floor finishes, wall finishes, millwork, buffet bar and equipment, and lighting. After all that was taken care of, new finishes were installed including tile floors, carpet, LED light fixtures, millwork, paint, and VWC, buffet equipment, and Lobby furniture. In addition, the two (2) meeting rooms and exercise room had all new finishes installed to replace the old ones. The Pinkerton & Laws Team did an excellent job keeping the Hotel operational during the renovation work process. Another job well done!
