President

Jeff Jernigan has started his 27th year with Pinkerton & Laws, where he has worked his way from Assistant Project Manager to President. Mr. Jernigan has overseen more than one billion dollars in construction projects including over 115 Hotels, 4 million square feet of retail, 2000 multifamily units and numerous other projects.

He has served as a panelist for the Hotel Investors Conference, American Hotel & Motel Association Economy Lodging Conference, Asian American Hotel Owners Association Southeast Super Regional Conference, Wingate Inn Inaugural Owner’s Conference; and he has served as a panel moderator for the Hospitality Construction Show. He has also been a contributor to the Hilton Architect's Roundtable and has been a panelist at multiple Hilton Garden Inn & Hampton Inn/Homewood Suites Owners' Orientations.

His service to the industry includes past president of Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia, former board member of the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia and currently he serves on the board of Glencastle Constructors and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Georgia Southern University Construction Management School.

In the community he serves on the Wesley Community Center Board and is the Chair of Missions/Global Ministries for the North Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church. He also has served as a delegate from North Georgia for the United Methodist General Conference and on the faculty for the Eastern European and Nigerian National Conferences for the International Leadership Institute.

Mr. Jernigan is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and holds licenses in six states.
