Pinkerton & Laws’ experience in Renovations is truly unique and extensive, owing in part to over 24 years of continuous retrofit work with companies such as Wal-Mart, Inc., Hilton, and Marriott to name a few. Renovation projects include Hotels, Multi Family Housing, Retail Shops, Dinning Halls, Grocery Stores, and Supercenters. Elsewhere, renovations have ranged from Churches to Historic Landmarks, Office Buildings to Tenant Build Out. Working to protect and enhance the value of the Owner/Developer’s property, P&L displays the most professional and cost-effective service available in the market. Each Renovation project is unique; there is no “standard” package of service. Together Pinkerton & Laws works closely with the Owner and Architect to meet all goals, making sure the property receives the attention to detail and care it needs. As witnessed by the changing landscape in the past several years, our Renovation Business is expanding in the areas of Hotel Conversion, Property Improvement Plan (PIP) upgrades, and Exterior Envelope, all intermittent use markets. The value of the expanding levels of renovation work needed in the Hotel/Hospitality industry continues to grow. Complete interior/exterior renovation of a 3-story, 107 room Hotel including Lobby, Business Center, Fitness Center, doors & hardware, lighting, FF&E, transportation and logistics, accessory removal and install carpet, painting and finish carpentry.
Hampton Inn Hotel
Juno Beach, Florida
Complete interior Hotel Renovation of 89 Rooms, Lobby, Lobby extension, Business Center, Corridors, and Guestrooms. Work to include new flooring, painting, and vinyl wall covering, new lighting, new millwork, and new FF&E.

West Melbourne, Florida
The “Perfect Mix Lobby” renovation involves the remodeling of the Lobby, Business Center, and Suite Shop to include flooring, painting, and interior finish carpentry. The Lobby will receive a custom lobby design package including a new furniture style registration, community table, market, buffet area, banquette seating, wood-look floor tile, and carpet inlays.

This Best Western Hotel is the closest Oceanfront Hotel to Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach where the ships come in. Located on a beautiful Barrier Island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Banana River Lagoon on Florida’s Space Coast, makes it the perfect vacation spot. Originally a Best Western, this property conversion is being renovated to update its appearance and meet the current Brand Positioning, Hallmarks & Standards. The Hotel is an 8 story with153 rooms, a Lobby, Great Room/Breakfast area, Public Restrooms, Meeting Rooms, Fitness Room, Guest Laundry, Business Center, Gift Shop, Game Room, Employee Restrooms, Employee Break Room, and pool.
LaQuinta Inn & Suites Hotel Conversion
Bonita Springs, Florida
This is a complete interior and exterior renovation of a 4-story, 87 unit Hotel. Originally the Bonita Springs Lodge, Pinkerton & Laws is now converting to a new LaQuinta Inn & Suites which involves the renovation of the Lobby/Registration area, Breakfast area, Public spaces, Corridors, and Guestrooms. Also included will be an all new millwork package in the Public areas, new vanity bases in the Restrooms, and new granite tops throughout; an all new flooring package is also included in this project.
