IHG has a new Hotel design and Pinkerton & Laws is building it. The Hotel will consist of 110-room, six-floor Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Covington, Georgia.
The Hotel’s new design features an open lobby, a business center, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, 400 square-foot board rooms, 1,000 square feet meeting space, guest laundry, and an outdoor patio with two (2) fire pits.
This is one of the first Holiday Inn Express Hotels in the country to be built featuring the brand’s recently-introduced “Formula Blue” design. The new look was developed for guests who are looking for a simple, smart, and efficient layout.
