The Mount Pleasant-based Humanities Foundation, which specializes in affordable housing, has just awarded the Arbor Hills Senior Apartment project to Pinkerton & Laws. The 56-unit community for the elderly is located in Pineville , LA.
This three story wood framed construction apartment building will have decorative shingles, trim, siding, and brick features. Sixty-nine thousand square feet of senior living apartments will be placed on 3.25 acres of pristine land. Arbor Hills will meet the LA Housing Authority “Green Community Criteria” . Pinkerton & Laws is scheduled to start construction in December 2011.
