The Hyatt Place hotel and retail/restaurant shops at the University Crossroads in Blacksburg, VA are complete. Located adjacent to the Virginia Tech campus and centrally located in the Towne of Blacksburg, the six (6) story, 123-guest room property becomes the first project completed by Pinkerton & Laws in 2017.
The Hyatt Place and the retail shops are the first portions to be completed in the University Crossroads development. P&L is also constructing a six (6) story Residence Inn within the development that is scheduled to be completed in late summer of this year.
