P&L is honored to be invited back to build Phase II (Magnolia at the Groves) of the Alliance Community for Retirement Living located in DeLand, Florida. Magnolia at the Groves, once complete, will feature a 7,160 square foot, one (1) story/14-unit building with two (2) distinct floor plans to suit particular needs. The Alliance Community for Retirement Living awarded P&L Phase I back in 2013.
The Alliance Community is located on 25 acres of Rolling Oak land in the heart of Historic Downtown DeLand, Florida and has been operating for over 50 years. It offers a full line of integrated senior support which includes senior rentals, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. The Alliance Community is affiliated with the same nonprofit Christian based ministries that Shell Point Retirement Communities is a member of; located just off of Sanibel Island, Florida. Pinkerton & Laws and Shell Point have been working together since 2002; just another reminder how trust, service, and value pays off with happy Customers.
