January 2020 P&L prepares to begin construction on a new Fairfield Inn & Suites in Port Wentworth, Georgia. The four story, 95 guestroom property will become the second hotel P&L has built for Arya Hospitality. The hotel is scheduled to complete in the first quarter of 2021.
